ER Response provided excellent service: on time and on budget. Chris and Ray were so diligent, caring of my house, and friendly. Their knowledge and expertise were hands-down the best I have ever encountered. This job involved tracking down a necessary part that was out of production. They remained vigilant and found a replacement in days, not weeks. They were also upfront and fair with pricing. I cannot praise their work enough--will absolutely hire again! Highly recommend 👌

I have had ER Plumbing help me with multiple projects big and small over the last 12 years. To say they are some of the best contractors I have ever worked with is an under statement. Their latest great work was an emergency furnace replacement when my 65 year old furnace died. Their solutions are always sensible and done right. They are my go to for any plumbing and heating issues.

I had another big name company come over several weeks ago. My furnace is almost 6 years old. They told me it would be $7500. It ended up being a dirty sensor that was diagnosed and fixed in 20 minutes. Cost was $225. Huge difference! Ray was excellent! I couldn’t be more grateful for the honesty and wonderful service! Highly recommend and will be calling them for any future needs!!

The absolute best customer service out there. From the minute I called for emergency service, they were nothing but professional and accommodating. Most importantly, they were honest and I felt I could trust them. They completed the replacement of the furnace in less time than expected and pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

My furnace overheated on a Friday night and steam was being blown out. I had to shut the system down in very cold weather. I called Ray at ER (just found ER on an online search) and he was out in less than hour. Ray was back out bright and early on Saturday morning with all the needed parts and we were up and running with heat by 11AM. He did a very professional job and it was reasonably priced. Won't hesitate to call him in the future,

Service was great! I needed a new sewer ejector installed and the job was done quickly. My sewer ejector system is in better shape now and works better than before.

What a great experience, we called Emergency Response Plumbing and Heating when our air condition stopped working. They came within a half hour and fixed the problem just as quickly. We were very impressed with the work and the price.. We will definitely use them again. JH from Warwick.
